As an integral part of the team, your role involves making risk-based decisions on Home Loan applications, offering insights to improve lending processes and credit policy.   • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the risk appetite set by the Board
  • Exercise personal Delegated Lending Authority with care and diligence, formulating recommendations for loan applications
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with Lending Teams and other stakeholders
  • Provide advice and guidance on credit risk, responsible lending, and policy to Assessment Officers and Lending Teams
  • Collaborate with Lenders on assessing the creditworthiness of loan applications
  • Review financial analysis for Self-Employed and Complex Structures related to loan applications
  • Apply policies and sound lending practices consistently to minimize exposure to lending losses
  • Offer feedback on policy and processes, making suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, staying updated with communications and assigned learning.
