The Business Assistant, reporting to our Auckland-based Business Operations Manager, plays a key role in maintaining the seamless and efficient operation of our bustling Invercargill factory and office.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Support the Business Operations Manager in planning and executing operations
  • Understand factory production conditions based on requirements
  • Convene and document company office meetings, follow up on results
  • Greet clients, provide company information, and introduce productions
  • Conduct regular inspections of factories and company fixed assets
  • Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the manager

This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organization’s overall objectives.

To be considered for the role, it is important that you can address the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or related fields; industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications (Word, PPT, etc.)
  • Independent and collaborative work capability with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Solution-oriented, detail-focused team player who plans and prioritizes effectively
  • Possession of a Full & Clean Driver’s License
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English
  • Flexibility to work weekends, as required
