Job Requirements

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • Qualifications (Any of the Given Degrees):
    • Bachelor of Business Administration.
    • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred), Technical Diploma, or equivalent vocational training and practical experience.
  • Language Skills:
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (essential)
    • Proficiency in Arabic (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 3 to 8 years of experience in a related field/role, including managerial or supervisory experience.
    • Marketing experience is a must

Job Key Responsibilities

Business Development Manager’s Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential growth areas and prevailing trends in the multi-brand automobile service sector.
  • Business Expansion: Formulate and execute strategies to expand our regional presence, which may involve establishing new service centers or cultivating partnerships with existing enterprises.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with automotive dealerships, fleet operators, and other stakeholders to enrich our service offerings and extend our customer base.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets by promoting our services to individual customers, commercial clients, and corporate accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust client relationships, comprehend their needs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry advancements, pricing strategies, and emerging players within the multi-brand automobile service sector.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of business development and sales professionals to surpass set targets.
  • Budget and Forecasting: Develop and oversee budgets for the business development department, forecast revenue, and monitor expenses.
  • People Management Responsibilities: Manage team members by evaluating their performance, providing ongoing feedback, identifying development needs, and coaching them to foster their capabilities.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • A proven track record in business development, ideally within the automotive service industry.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel as necessary.
