You’ll join our contact center team, enjoying flexibility in a casual role. Primarily handling calls, you may advance to manage various contacts, including email, web forms, SMS, and webchat, while navigating CRM and ticketing systems. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and diverse contacts efficiently within designated shifts.
  • Log details for each call, email, or communication to ensure accurate client information.
  • Uphold customer experience to meet our and clients’ standards.
  • Follow instructions and maintain clear communication with team members and management.
  • Provide assistance in other business areas as required.
