You’ll join our contact center team, enjoying flexibility in a casual role. Primarily handling calls, you may advance to manage various contacts, including email, web forms, SMS, and webchat, while navigating CRM and ticketing systems. Our diverse team, much like our clients, ensures you’ll feel right at home in our supportive, family-run business. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and diverse contacts efficiently within designated shifts.
  • Log details for each call, email, or communication to ensure accurate client information.
  • Uphold customer experience to meet our and clients’ standards.
  • Follow instructions and maintain clear communication with team members and management.
  • Provide assistance in other business areas as required.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organization’s overall objectives.

Qualifications:
