Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the following:

  • Direct the allocation of material, human, and financial resources for the implementation of organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and facilitate the establishment of key departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate and oversee the collaborative efforts of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Set financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and endorse human resources planning
  • Define organizational objectives and either formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Act as the representative of the organization or delegate representatives for negotiations and official functions
  • Choose middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and cultivate optimal working conditions
  • Provide oversight for a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring effective management, coordination, and optimal performance.
