Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer reception support and customer service, handling front counter duties such as telephone inquiries and referrals to other service providers.
  • Provide meticulous administrative support to local casework teams, emphasizing attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Conduct accurate data entry and manage records with a commitment to confidentiality, adhering to prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events for efficient team operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail effectively to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Support and maintain records of motor vehicle fleet usage, coordinating cleaning, servicing, and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery while overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Understand the nature of services provided by caseworkers to clients, enabling the delivery of quality clerical support to the casework team and effective prioritization of team demands.
