  • Perform administrative and office tasks.
  • Evaluate the skill strengths and development needs of clients.
  • Engage in housekeeping activities.
  • Prepare food for clients.
  • Mediate and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of clients residing in group homes and half-way houses.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers involved in the care of clients.
  • Provide assistance to clients or guests with special needs.
  • Accompanied clients to appointments and social outings.
