A sprawling 642-hectare property, the largest within T H Enterprises Ltd Group. Self-contained wintering and 220ha silage feed supply in Central Hawkes Bay at Ashley Clinton, supporting around 300 young stock.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Milking Area: 400 ha, with 90 ha for young stock grazing and the remainder as support runoff land.
  • Additional Lease Block: 110 ha, situated 7km away, utilized for wintering cows and silage production.
  • Total Property Size: 752 ha, encompassing all operational aspects.
  • Dairy Operation: Milk 1550 cows through an 80 Bail rotary shed with cup removers and a pro track system.
  • Production Target: Budgeted for 580,000 kgs m/s, managed by a full team of 7 staff.
  • Accommodation: Well-maintained homestead with three large bedrooms, 2 lounges, pool, fireplace, and heat pump.
  • Calf Rearing Opportunities: Available for partners involved in the operation.
