Basis: Full-time employment (38 hours per week + additional hours)
Location: Werribee South, VIC
Wage: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum (or equivalent hourly rate) + superannuation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute planting, spraying, watering, and fertigation programs.
  • Guide and coordinate farm workers, overseeing site activities.
  • Operate farm machinery, including tractors and sprayers.
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks on machinery and equipment.
  • Prepare and apply chemicals for pest, weed, and disease control.
  • Calibrate and maintain farm and chemical spraying equipment.
  • Safely store, transport chemicals, and record application details.
  • Input data for quality assurance records.
  • Ensure environmental conditions align with operational needs.
  • Fuel and clean machinery regularly.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Farm Supervisors/Managers consistently.
