As a Farmer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience for our farmers and Farm Source customers, offering dedicated support and assistance.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist customers and farmers by handling inbound phone calls.
  • Respond to webchats and emails from our farmer and customer base.
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to achieve excellent outcomes for our customers.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organization’s overall objectives.

Assessment Centre: If you are successful, we will invite you to attend the in-person assessment centre on either Wednesday 17th January, or Tuesday 23rd January (Morning and afternoon slots available – 3 hours each slot).
