  • New Business Pitches and Follow-through:
    • Initiate and participate in new business pitches, working closely with the sales team and subject matter experts, and ensuring thorough follow-up with lead prospects.
  • Communication Excellence:
    • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications.
  • Effectively communicate and present solutions and value propositions to customers.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
