Responsibilities in the role:

  • Manage all incoming correspondence through the central accounts email inbox.
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations.
  • Ensure the monthly invoicing of Scheme Management Fees is processed.
  • Enter new creditors into the Oracle system.
  • Assist in meeting statutory accounting requirements.
  • Handle Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of corporate invoices.
  • Process weekly claims payments for all Schemes.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable by posting incoming bank receipts promptly.
  • Monitor daily cash book balances and ensure monthly reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly staff expense claims for the CEO and COO.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the finance team.
