The General Manager – Financial, Communications, And Other Business Services will be responsible for the following:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls, approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing human resources planning.
  • Setting organizational objectives, formulating or approving policies and programs.
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or delegating representatives for official functions.
  • Negotiating with clients for service provision.
  • Managing finances and budgeting.
  • Estimating the market value of the business through data analysis.
  • Developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets.
  • Formulating and implementing business plans.
  • Reviewing and adapting information on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Providing advice to senior management.
  • Strategic planning for new product lines.
  • Leading the sales team in building client relationships and managing sales contract negotiations.
  • Collaborating with specialists to develop programs for clients’ specific needs.
  • Evaluating financial risk, preparing financial forecasts, financing scenarios, and other documents related to capital management.
  • Supervising a team of 5-10 contractors.
