The key responsibilities include:

  • Execute urgent, non-urgent, and planned maintenance for CHC and Justice managed properties based on directives.
  • Conduct property reviews as outlined in the asset management plan, including additional inspections (e.g., pre-vacate).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and tenants to address maintenance issues.
  • Successful candidates should possess experience in maintaining houses, apartments, and gardens, coupled with strong customer service skills.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organization’s overall objectives.
