Our primary objective is to aid the International Community Schools in formulating and implementing a robust marketing strategy aimed at driving a substantial increase in student enrollment to achieve our set goals. Job Requirements

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Qualifications (Any of the Given Degrees):
    • Bachelor degree in Marketing
    • Bachelor of Business Administration(Management),
    • Bachelor of Arts(Communication)
  • Language Skills:
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (essential)
    • Proficiency in Arabic (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in Bahrain
    • Marketing experience is a must
    • Experience in the Education sector is preferred

Job Key Responsibilities

Marketing Manager’s Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies and plans encompassing various marketing tactics such as brand marketing, advertising, direct marketing, digital and social media, as well as the production of marketing materials.
  • Execute a marketing strategy with the goal of enhancing brand recognition, marketing services, generating income, and effectively communicating programs, activities, and impact.
  • Take charge of market research and needs analysis, aligning them with the current offerings and market demand.
  • Oversee the efficiency and success of all promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Embody the core values, vision, and ethos of Aldar Education in all aspects of your work and activities.

Specific Duties:

Strategic Development and Budget Management :

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for designated schools, with a focus on effectively communicating their unique selling points (USPs) and ensuring that return on investment (ROI) is both transparent and measurable.
  • Create marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation to drive enrollment growth.
  • Organize and supervise advertising and communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Generate and publish all marketing materials in alignment with the marketing plan.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Keep a close eye on the monthly marketing budget and spending for the allocated schools.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Manage event development and associated budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with school Principals to ensure that the schools’ USPs are comprehended and effectively communicated to their target demographic.

Campaigns Management:

  • Create written content in both English and Arabic for a range of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and website content.
  • Foster relationships with agencies to facilitate collaboration in promotional endeavors.
  • Assist in the launch of new schools and programs.
  • Develop and implement scalable marketing programs and campaigns that offer valuable content tailored to the needs and interests of clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing and communications initiatives across various channels and platforms, encompassing internal, external, PR, digital, social media, and web.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service and communication team to leverage their activities for promotional purposes.

Branding Management :

  • Provide support for brand development, which includes creating logos and other brand assets.
  • Collaborate with a branding agency to craft the brand story and other materials needed to implement new branding guidelines effectively.

Digital Management :

  • Oversee websites and all digital platforms, collaborating with the IT department to ensure continuous optimizations.
  • Analyze marketing funnels and leverage strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Assist in enhancing lead generation campaigns and measuring their results in partnership with external agencies.
  • Monitor the progress of digital campaigns using various metrics and provide performance reports.
  • Contribute to the ideation of strategic initiatives through digital marketing and media planning.

Analysis, Performance and Research:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and mystery shopping audits to gauge and benchmark our service.
  • Identify emerging trends and insights, using this information to optimize spending and performance.
  • Recognize critical conversion points and drop-off points, and work on funnel optimization.
  • Implement quality control for all content related to campaign activities, across various media channels.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing their success against set goals, including ROI and KPIs.
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for the company’s marketing efforts.
  • Study consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns to align with these behaviors.
