We are currently offering a captivating opportunity to be a part of the Member Management team. As a Member Management Agent (MMA), your primary responsibility will be to guarantee a smooth implementation of Altura’s media-enriched, technology-driven learning solutions for each new customer.

Nestled in Sydney, our dedicated production team crafts original content delivered through our proprietary online platform to a membership base of approximately 175,000 learners spanning Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. In addition to serving the aged care sector, we extend our expertise to create video and e-learning content tailored for corporate and commercial clients.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting Structure:
    • The MMA will report to the Member Experience Manager and collaborate closely with Business Development Managers.
  • Integration Support:
    • Support new customers in integrating Altura into their IT infrastructure, training plans, and management objectives.
    • Ensure customers gain confidence in taking ownership of the Altura solution.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of regional regulatory requirements in the aged and social care sector.
    • Present the Altura solution as a valuable tool within the regulatory context and address ongoing member queries.
  • Member Support:
    • Assist Altura’s existing and new members in maximizing the potential of technology-based learning resources through their Altura membership.
    • Provide support during the renewal process.
  • Feedback Mechanism:
    • Provide structured feedback on customer requirements from both content and software perspectives.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Altura.
  • Candidate Attributes:
    • Demonstrate commitment to delivering excellence to Altura’s Members.
    • Capable of working within deadlines and managing member expectations.
    • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Applicant Requirements:
    • The successful candidate must undergo an Australian Police check.
    • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is a mandatory requirement.

Key Selection Criteria:

Mandatory :

  • Exceptional Relationship Management:
    • Possess outstanding relationship management skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • LMS Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Communication Proficiency:
    • Exhibit excellent written, spoken, and listening communication skills.
  • Technological Awareness:
    • Display a high level of technological awareness, particularly with internet and cloud-based applications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Showcase creativity and resourcefulness when addressing customer challenges.

Desirable

  • Salesforce Proficiency:
    • Hands-on experience in using Salesforce.
  • Reporting Tools Competence:
    • Proficient in the utilization of reporting tools.
  • Social and/or Health Care Sector Experience:
    • Previous experience within the social and/or healthcare sector.
  • Training Delivery Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering training sessions, either online or face-to-face.
