Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mobilization activities.
  • Prior experience in a mobilization or logistics role within the mining industry is highly desirable (preferred, but willingness to learn a new skill is considered).
  • Manage mobilization through Electronic Learning and Training Management Systems like Pegasus, Mobilize Me, GCAA, Myosh, and Assigner.
  • Keep track of induction records using Excel and Microsoft programs.
  • Desirable knowledge and understanding of Coal Board Medicals and Res Health.
  • Monitor and upload expiring documents/competencies across all systems.
  • Upload new users to Myosh and transfer all onboarding data.
  • Maintain training records efficiently.

  • Demonstrated effective organizational and influencing skills
  • Exceptional time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the capability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently while possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills
