As our ‘Office All-Rounder,’ you will serve as the central figure in our business, playing a crucial role in administration, order processing, logistics, and accounts. Taking charge of day-to-day operations, you may even find yourself operating a forklift occasionally (training provided)!

The key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Assist in managing technician schedules, including making travel arrangements.
  • Undertake accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
  • Provide support for warehouse operations and logistics, including picking, packing, and bookings.
  • Offer administrative support to team members.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organization’s overall objectives.
