  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Aid in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Compile data and create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures
