As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating the performance of three Contact Centers across Australia.   • Oversee Team Leaders’ performance in daily operations and their respective team outcomes.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives for business growth and diversity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on training, workload planning, and recruitment.
  • Support team performance and foster a positive working culture.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, health, and safety policies.
