Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Co-worker Relations plan for the store
  • Ensure compliance with labor relations principles, local policies, procedures, and laws at the store level
  • Secure the execution of the Global and Country People Strategy
  • Integrate principles and guidelines into the store business plan and local initiatives
  • Build a strong relationship with the Market Manager
  • Serve as an advisor and provide specialized knowledge
  • Keep them informed on people-related topics like performance, succession, and confidential matters
  • Business partner with the Senior Store Management team
  • Oversee and execute all people activities
  • Secure the store competence and development plan
  • Influence the Store Management team to enhance local leadership capabilities
  • Ensure knowledgeable and competent Co-workers to meet customer needs
  • Establish a succession process and plan
  • Encourage managers to take the lead in developing talents
  • Lead and develop the store People and Culture team
  • Enhance the Co-worker experience in new and innovative ways
  • Play a pivotal role in the Senior Store Management team
  • Drive and secure the local business plan
  • Provide support in store operations, including Duty Manager shifts and more.

Additional information:

  • Job Type: Permanent Full Time
  • Work Schedule:
    • Due to our store operating 7 days a week, the role involves working a rotating roster.
    • Availability for a mix of day and evening shifts is required.
    • Availability for 1 in 4 weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday) and some public holidays is necessary.
  • Induction:
    • Successful candidates will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction.
  • Recruitment Process:
