  • Provide training and supervision for reservation agents, ensuring they possess the necessary skills for exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously monitor reservation systems and processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to design and implement promotional campaigns and packages.
