Job Requirements

Asst Production Engineer Requirements:

  • Qualifications (Any of the Given Degrees):
    • Bachelor of Technology
    • Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science(Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry)
    • Bachelor of Commerce
    • Master of Technology/Engineering
  • Language Skills:
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (essential)
    • Proficiency in Arabic (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 4 – 6 Years

Job Key Responsibilities

Sales Executive’s Core Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the development of a comprehensive Sales Plan and targets that are both challenging and SMART by providing the necessary information and data.
  • Stay consistently updated on market trends, industry sales practices, competitor strategies, and economic factors to gain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively offer recommendations for implementing best practices aimed at improving sales and profit margins.
  • Gather sales targets specific to identified segments, products, or customers.
  • Formulate individualized sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets, including margin optimization, cross-selling, up-selling, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Regularly engage in discussions with the Reporting Manager and relevant stakeholders to review achievements, identify gaps, address challenges, and explore opportunities for timely corrective actions.
  • Strive to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to ensure the fulfillment of individual, departmental, and organizational performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of work and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Periodically submit sales reports in the standard format to the relevant authority for review and necessary action.

Profitability / Margin:

  • Proactively gather profitability and average order margin targets for a specific set of products.
  • Engage in discussions to develop and solidify the strategy aimed at achieving order margin goals for sales of products within the designated customer list.
  • Be quick to alert and raise concerns if there are limited opportunities to attain the desired order margins, ensuring the organization can take prompt corrective measures.
  • Continuously update the Sales ERP system in real-time to prevent discrepancies and ensure data reconciliation is seamless.

Documentation & Reports:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain sales data in our internal databases, such as SAP, ERP, and Sales Force, as per the specified requirements.
  • Prioritize accuracy and precision to guarantee error-free data uploads into the ERP system.
  • Maintain a strict commitment to uploading data promptly, avoiding duplication or redundancy in the process.
  • Generate and provide reports as requested by the Reporting Manager and the management team for their review.
  • Create and deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports using data sourced from the ERP when needed for the management’s examination.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A professional background with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales within the chemical industry is a significant advantage.
  • Profound knowledge of chemical products, their applications, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as necessary.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license with a good driving record, particularly in the context of chemical trading transportation.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with stakeholders in the chemical industry.
