  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement the sales plan and strategy provided by the Line Manager to achieve the sales budget.
  • Product Expansion: Enhance business by introducing new products, especially special ones, to new clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain sustainable and strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Engage in follow-up and negotiation with customers to secure contract awards, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon margin levels as per guidance from the Line Manager.
  • Sales Process Adherence: Adhere to the company’s established sales procedures.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly update all necessary reports, including sales forecasts and monthly sales reports.
  • Interdepartmental Support: Provide assistance to technical and operational departments concerning ongoing projects by serving as the primary point of contact between customers and these internal departments.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with industry and regional developments to remain well-informed.

  • Demonstrated Success: A proven history of achievement within a skilled, motivated, and results-driven sales team.
  • Leadership Skills: Possession of strong leadership qualities, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
