We seek an individual to oversee the daily management and operations of Staglands’ outdoor component. This diverse role demands practical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. Successful candidates must demonstrate experience in motivating and leading teams, setting goals, developing workplans, and ensuring successful implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance for The Park and on-site equipment.
  • Oversee animal and bird husbandry tasks.
  • Ensure daily presentation and grooming of The Park.
  • Prioritize the health and safety of the team and visitors.
  • Manage the ordering of materials and services for maintenance and development work.
  • Deliver Ranger Experiences, Tractor Trailer Rides, and other designated products.

  • Comprehensive understanding of workplace Health and Safety.
  • Sound knowledge of rural infrastructure.
