As a Senior UX Designer reporting to the UX Manager, collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams. Your role involves delivering UX design expertise to enhance the global e-commerce travel brand’s user experience. Join us in shaping seamless and engaging digital journeys worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
  • Act as the customer advocate, ensuring seamless experiences across channels
  • Lead UX design initiatives from discovery to delivery, collaborating with in-house developers
  • Create high-quality designs adhering to design, usability, and accessibility principles
  • Apply diverse UX research methods at each design stage
  • Develop storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and interactive prototypes for feature evaluation
  • Collaborate with designers, agile teams, and senior stakeholders, incorporating UX research and insights into design decisions
  • Utilize design systems for on-brand, efficient, and scalable components and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in user interface design, information architecture, and qualitative research, ideally in travel, tourism, or eCommerce.
  • Self-motivated leader with excellent visual design skills and a relevant design qualification.
  • Proven track record in crafting mobile and desktop applications for consumer-facing products, evident in your portfolio.
  • Expertise in designing responsive, multi-device interfaces using a mobile-first approach.
  • Sound knowledge of usability principles in user interface design.
  • Proficiency in visual design and prototyping software.
  • Passion for continuous growth in interaction and visual design, with a commitment to refining your craft.
  • Business-savvy with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen attention to detail and a penchant for delving deeper into data.
  • Customer-centricity is at your core, reflected in a collaborative and engaging approach.
  • Passionate about crafting polished, user-friendly solutions to business challenges, aiming to delight users.
  • Collaborate across agile project teams, working with BAs, developers, product owners, UX colleagues, and others.
  • Strive for solutions that achieve user, technical, and business goals while upholding consistent visual standards.
  • Embrace a fresh perspective, welcome new ideas, and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
